Interior and exterior repaints for homes and apartments
Furniture and floors protected, surfaces prepared properly and a finish you will walk with us before we leave.

What is included in a residential quote
Each quote lists the rooms or elevations, the preparation, the paint system and the number of coats, what is excluded, and the proposed timing. Residential work above the thresholds in the Home Building Act is contracted under the required NSW contract terms.
Outside, we also handle exterior painting of walls, fences and eaves, plus gutter cleaning and pressure cleaning.
Windows, pergolas and balconies
Timber windows, pergolas and balustrades are sanded, prepared and painted, with floors and gardens protected while we work.

Residential painting questions
Do you need to see the property before quoting?
Usually yes. A site inspection lets us measure the areas, check the condition of the surfaces and confirm what preparation is needed, so the quote reflects the real job.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We cover and protect floors and furniture and move larger items away from the walls. Please put away small items, valuables and anything fragile before we start.
My home is older. Could the paint contain lead?
Homes built before the 1970s can have lead-based paint. It is identified before any sanding, and the preparation method is chosen to suit.
