Pressure cleaning for strata and commercial buildings

Car parks, entries, paths, bin rooms, fences and walls cleaned with the pressure set to the surface, and wash water kept out of the stormwater.

Quotes and contracts are issued by ACE Abseiling Pty Ltd, NSW Contractor Licence 465770C.

What we clean

  • Driveways, car parks and ramps
  • Entry paths, courtyards and pool surrounds
  • Bin rooms and service areas
  • Fences, retaining walls and low façades
  • Walls before a repaint (see why washing comes first)

How we work in occupied buildings

Areas are cleaned in sections so residents and staff keep access, with signs and barriers where surfaces are wet. Work in car parks is booked around the building’s notice periods.

High façades and windows are cleaned by ACE Abseiling by rope access, and can be quoted in the same program.

Questions

Common questions

Can pressure cleaning damage painted or rendered walls?

It can if the pressure is too high. We set the pressure and nozzle to the surface, and painted or rendered walls are washed at low pressure with a suitable cleaner rather than blasted.

Where does the wash water go?

Wash water is controlled so dirty water and cleaning products do not run into the stormwater system, in line with NSW requirements.

Do you clean before painting?

Yes. Every repaint starts with washing, because paint does not bond to dirt, chalk or mould. Pressure cleaning can also be booked on its own.

Planning a repaint?

Send the address, the areas involved and a few photos. We will tell you what we need to see before pricing.
