Built to last near the coast
Salt air, sun and rain are hard on Sydney exteriors. We wash, treat mould, scrape back loose paint, repair cracks and seal joints first, then prime bare surfaces so the finish coats bond. See surface preparation for what that includes.
For high façades, our sister business ACE Abseiling paints by rope access, so the top and the bottom of a building can be done in one program.
Repairs before the exterior is painted
Failed render and damaged parapets are repaired first, railings are sanded and recoated, and the paint goes on once the surface is sound.

Common questions
How high do you paint from the ground?
We paint walls, fences, eaves and low façades that can be reached safely from the ground, ladders or small platforms. Higher elevations are painted by ACE Abseiling using rope access, and both can be quoted together.
When is the best time to paint exteriors in Sydney?
Any time the weather allows. Paint needs dry surfaces and temperatures inside the manufacturer's range, so we plan around rain and very hot days, and avoid coating late in the day when dew will settle.
Which paint do you use?
The paint system is written into the quote: primer or sealer where needed and two finish coats of a quality exterior product suited to the surface, such as acrylic for render and masonry or enamel for metal and some timber.
