Commercial painters for occupied buildings in Sydney
Offices, retail, education and facilities, planned around the people who use them.

What a commercial client gets

Surfaces, preparation, paint system, staging, exclusions and timing.
Documents
SWMS, certificates of currency and licence details for your induction.
Work and handover
Areas returned clean and usable each day, final walk-through at the end.
Maintenance painting for building and facility managers
Not every job is a full repaint. Building and facility managers also need smaller painting work between projects:
- Scuffed corridors, doors and lift lobbies touched up
- Ceilings repainted after a leak has been fixed
- Graffiti painted out on walls and fences
- Car park walls, columns and doors refreshed
- Tenancy make-good painting at the end of a lease
We quote this work per job or as a list of items across a building, and send before and after photos when each item is done.
When the defect is above ground level, ACE Abseiling can reach it by rope access in the same visit.
Building and facility managers can add pressure cleaning and gutter cleaning to the same maintenance program.
Handing back a tenancy? Read our make-good painting checklist. Keeping the building open during works? See painting an occupied commercial building.
Commercial work at ground level
Walls are prepared and masked before any paint goes on, and corridors stay usable with drop sheets and signage while the building is open.

Commercial painting questions
Can you paint outside business hours?
Yes, where the building needs it. Hours, noise limits and access are agreed with the building or facility manager and written into the scope before the start date.
What documents do you provide for induction?
A site-specific SWMS, certificates of currency for public liability and workers compensation, and our NSW contractor licence details. We complete the site's own induction before starting.
Do you work as a subcontractor to builders?
Yes. We can price a builder's painting scope and work to the principal contractor's programme and site rules.
Who is the contracting company?
ACE Abseiling Pty Ltd, NSW Contractor Licence 465770C. ACE Painting & Repairs is its registered business name for ground-level painting.
What if part of the building is above ground level?
ACE Abseiling, the same company, can reach high sections by rope access. Both parts can be planned and quoted as one job.
